Interim management executive, Cris Goldsmith, brings over twenty years of hands-on experience in helping companies manage change and unlock innovation. As founder and President of Innovation Resources and now a Principal at OneAccord Partners, Cris works with business leaders from emerging and established small-to-mid-sized, organizations in redirecting their businesses for more rapid growth.

Among his accomplishments, Cris directed a division-wide innovation program for a major insurance company to replace their existing line of insurance products. The new product line has been enormously successful, contributing a combined total of more than $160 million in new revenues to the division, and was selected by Consumer Reports as the top-rated Insurance product in its category.

Serving as an interim co-President of an emerging healthcare services firm, Cris redirected corporate strategy for more rapid growth while assisting its Board of directors in creating a smooth transition to new leadership.

As a senior advisor to the CEO of a recent joint venture within the chemical industry, he helped translate the CEO’s vision for the company into specific strategies and actions needed to fuel rapid growth. With sales revenues having since doubled, the CEO is firmly on track to achieve his ambitious five-year billion-dollar sales goal.

Before starting Innovation Resources, Cris was a managing partner at Creative Realities a Boston-based Innovation consulting firm and helped grow the business into a multi-million dollar consulting organization with marquis clients that included Apple, Disney, Pepsi, Starbucks, AT&T, Pitney Bowes and Bank of America.

Cris played an integral role as part of Lotus Development Corporation’s management team during its early, meteoric rise. He spearheaded the company-wide marketing launch of its first new business software product. Supported by the industry’s first national TV advertising campaign (first aired on the Summer Olympics), initial customer sales broke previous records for a new software product and garnered a number of industry awards and citations.

Cris holds an Engineering Degree from Tufts University and an MBA from The Wharton School and has appeared on CNN with Wolf Blitzer and other national media speaking on innovation. As a member of Tufts University’s Boston Alumni Board, Cris leads an interactive speaker’s forum for its 80,000 area graduates, exploring critical issues of our ties with distinguished leaders from business, government and academia. Cris is married with two children and lives near Boston, Massachusetts.
