What is the value that a OneAccord interim manager brings to an organization?

My primary focus has been on developing products and brands effectively and profitably. I see marketing as the key company contact with the consumer and must it be approached from a business perspective. Most of my direct experience has been in the retail and restaurant area where I believe in creating as a team the total customer experience which is why doing what it takes to execute effectively whether in an interim or project role is so important. Because all my partners at OneAccord have years of real world on the job experience, we work easily on teams or independently and focus on implementation and strategy. We are not professional consultants trained to analyze and leave after dropping off an invoice. I love the quotation from Napolean “the strategy lasts until the battle starts”. At OneAccord, we want to be with throughout the battle you and help implement success.

In the past he has worked with Cracker Barrel, Campbell’s, McDonalds, Del Monte, and General Mills and served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Au Bon Pain.
